Injured crash victim claims survival a miracle

Posted on March 15th, 2013 No Comments

A crash victim recounted her experience in the multiple vehicle traffic accident that took place in Hardin County on March 4. In the accident that almost took her life, she claims that her survival was miraculous.

Natalie Mudd, also a new mom, was rushed to University Hospital after the multiple vehicle collision that happened on I-65 near Elizabethtown. In an earlier report, Mudd was reported to have suffered several bone fractures after her vehicle was struck by a semi truck. Mudd recounted that she was amazed how her vehicle protected her from more serious injuries. On the other hand, John Richard Warner, who was also a victim of the crash, was still in critical condition, according to reports.

Findings of the State Police showed that the driver of the semi truck was not impaired before the crash happened.

Semi-truck accidents can cause extreme devastation that harms many other innocent people, as evidenced by this serious accident. Call 502-584-5050 to discuss your legal options if you have been the victim in such an accident. Our lawyers at the Sampson Law Firm may be able to help you.
